Banana-Pineapple Protein Smoothie


Smoothies are one of my top three favorite foods!


Here’s my latest go-to smoothie post morning workout:

-1 cup Silk Protein Nut Milk

-1/2 cup Oat Milk

-1 tsp Amazing Grass - Collagen Booster

-1 tsp Amazing Grass - Grass & Shrooms Powder

-1 scoop Vega Sport Protein Powder (Chocolate or Vanilla - I like both)

-1 banana

-1/2 cup pineapple

-A LOT of ice (because I like my smoothies really thick)
